How to Join
Society membership runs for 12 months from the 1st of January regardless of when you join during the year.
If you join halfway through the membership year you still will receive the first two newsletters that were published prior to your joining and the first volume of that current years '14-'18 Journal. The next two when published and volume 2 of the '14-'18 Journal will then be sent on the publications release date. Your membership will then be up for renewal on the 31st of December.
Joining is easy, we accept payment via our Society Shop or you can download our Membership Application form, and return it by mail, accompanied with a cheque (Australian residents only) or international money order made out in Australian dollars.
The Society offers two types of members, the Membership Plus package and the e-Membership package. Both types of membership offer the member the right to vote at general meetings and the AGM which is held in November.

Membership Plus
Membership Plus is our traditional membership. The biannual '14-'18 Journal is delivered in print format via the mail. This type of membership is perfect for those members who prefer to read a printed journal or those members who have a collection of our past journals. It is also perfect for those members who are not comfortable with technology or for those without an email address
For AUD$50 per annum, Membership Plus members receive the following:

e-Membership
eMembership offers the same great benefits as Membership Plus with the added benefit of members being able to download and read the '14-'18 Journal on the electronic device of their choice. Our Newsletters have an interactive index and can be stored on most devices. eMembership is perfect for students, teachers, libraries, museums and other academic institutions.
For AUD$40 per annum, eMembership members receive the following:
